Refund and Returns Policy

At PostPatra, we work hard to deliver personalized experiences. Since most of our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do offer refunds in certain situations.

Eligible Refunds

  • 🚚 Order not delivered within promised timeline.
  • 📦 Damaged or defective product received.
  • ❌ Incorrect product delivered.

Refund Process

  • Contact us at support@postpatra.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order details and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Wrong shipping address provided by customer.
  • Customer changed mind after placing order.
  • Delays caused by external factors (couriers, weather, natural events).
