Eligible Refunds
- 🚚 Order not delivered within promised timeline.
- 📦 Damaged or defective product received.
- ❌ Incorrect product delivered.
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@postpatra.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Wrong shipping address provided by customer.
- Customer changed mind after placing order.
- Delays caused by external factors (couriers, weather, natural events).
